私募資金不得隨意退場 私募只擁有項目70%的資金佔比 剩餘的30%隸屬於 Mpbb (20%) 及Bitcoiner (10%)

1年內私募資金退場，將需要支付10%退出罰款至協議中。 2年內私募資金退場，將需要支付5%退出罰款至協議中。

NFT交易0.5%版稅將全數投入協議中。 The price of MPBB will be 50 GMT for a total of 1,000 units. Out of the fundraising of 50,000 GMT, 20% will be allocated to private funding.

This fundraising campaign aims to exchange 20% of the total allocation from private funding.

20% of the income from the DeFi protocol, including profits from IDOs, will be used for buybacks and burning of floor NFTs.

Private funding participants are not permitted to exit the investment at will. Private funding only holds a 70% share of the project's capital. The remaining 30% is divided between MPBB (20%) and Bitcoiner (10%).

For exits within 1 year of private funding, a 10% exit penalty must be paid according to the agreement. For exits within 2 years of private funding, a 5% exit penalty must be paid into the agreement.

DeFi protocol dividends, including IDO revenue, will be distributed as follows:

  • Private funding: 0%

  • MPBB holders: 20% (for purchasing GMT to burn floor NFTs)

  • Bitcoiner: 10%

  • Team: 10% (to be converted into ETH)

  • PKBB: 1%

  • The remaining 59% of funds will be reinvested into the protocol.

A 0.5% royalty fee on NFT transactions will be entirely reinvested into the protocol.
